Pebble — Terms of Service

Welcome to Pebble, a behavioral-psychology-based productivity app built to help users focus, plan, and complete tasks. By downloading or using Pebble, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pebble’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pebble. If under 18, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Pebble is not directed at children under 13.
3. Account Registration
Certain features require an account. You agree to:

Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. Use of the App
Pebble helps users manage focus, habits, and productivity through behavioral tools and optional AI-assisted suggestions. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the service.
5. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Pebble is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any condition. Content is for informational purposes only.

Pebble is not a HIPAA-covered entity, and data should not be treated as protected health information.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features require payment via Apple App Store or Google Play.
Payment is charged to your platform account at purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
Manage or cancel in your device settings.
Refunds follow App Store or Play Store policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology are owned by Pebble or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the app without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pebble is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebble and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect system integrity.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
